Win the Ultimate NZ Adventure with Century Batteries Trade Promo Terms & Conditions 2024

  • Participation in the “Win the Ultimate NZ Adventure with Century Batteries” promotion is open to selected resellers who satisfy the minimum purchase targets for qualifying products as established by the promoter, Century Yuasa Batteries Pty Ltd.
  • To enter the prize draw Century Yuasa resellers must increase their unit purchases of any qualifying batteries (any combination) by the minimum target you have been set by your CYB representative during the promotion period.
  • Satisfaction of the minimum target (Target 1) will entitle the participant to one entry into the prize draw. 
  • Additional entries can be achieved by satisfying additional targets as outlined below (any further information speak with your CYB representative)
    • Target 1 - 1 Entry into the draw
    • Target 2 - 3 Entries into the draw
    • Target 3 - 5 Entries into the draw
    • Target 4- 7 Entries into the draw
    • Target 5 - 10 Entries into the draw
  • Enersun, Forklift and Intelepower batteries are excluded from this promotion.
  • The promotion commences 8.00am 1st October 2024 and finishes 31st March 2025 5.00pm AEST.
  • Directors, employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Winners for each prize pool and prizes will be drawn randomly Tuesday 8th April 2025 at 11am at Century Yuasa Batteries, 37-65 Cobalt Street, Carole Park QLD 4300. The winner will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the draw with written confirmation to follow. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw will take place.  The redraw will take place at 11am on the 22nd April 2025 at Century Yuasa Batteries, 37-65 Cobalt Street, Carole Park QLD 4300. Details of the confirmed winner will be advised via an electronic mail out (EDM) by the 6th of May 2025.
  • The winner of any draw will be notified in writing within seven days of the major prize draw and unclaimed prize draws as per Schedule 11, section 6 of the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA)
  • There are a total of 5 prize pools available – each for two people (1 x NSW & ACT combined, 1 x VIC & TAS combined, 1 X QLD & NT combined, 1 X SA & WA combined and 1 X AEC Network) as categorised by Century Yuasa Batteries Pty Ltd. Each prize pool has 1 prize available to be won. 
  • Each prize pool consists of 1 prize with a total value of $18,000 as follows. The prize includes: 5-day trip for 2 people at the Crown Plaza, Queenstown, New Zealand, in a Deluxe double room or twin room, breakfast, dinner & lunch daily, return economy flights from your nearest Australian capital city and return airport transfers in Queenstown.  Prize also includes Wilderness Snowmobiling Experience, Milford Sound Helicopter Tour, Onson Hot Pools, Winery Tour, Walters Peak cruise and dinner, plus additional dinner and experience inclusions.
  • Winners of the prize must be able to travel from the 30th of July to 3rd of August 2025.
  • Winners of the prize must hold a passport valid for travel to Queenstown, New Zealand at the time the prize is taken. Travel insurance is the passengers’ own responsibility. 
  • Passengers must be a minimum of 18 years of age at time of booking and be eligible for international travel.
  • Winner’s names must be confirmed with the promoter at least 3 months prior to intended departure date.
  • Prize values based on recommended retail price as at August 2024. If quoted prize is not available at time of prize draw, Century Yuasa reserves the right to supply an alternative product of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation
  • If the total value for a prize is $250 or greater, Schedule 11, section 4 of the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA) requires the winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) to be published in a location specified within the terms within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws. Please review the proposed Terms and Conditions and include a term that fulfills this requirement.
