*Terms and Conditions: Entry into the “Prize Draw” (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The “Promoter” is Century Yuasa Batteries Pty Ltd (ACN 009 685 232) of 49 Cobalt Street, Carole Park, QLD 4300. The Promotion commences on 30 July 2026 at 09:00 (AEST) and concludes on 2 August 2026 at 17:00 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”). The “Prize(s)” for the Promotion are One x Century Batteries 40L Fishing Esky worth up to $320.00 and One x Century CC1212-XLi 12 Volt 12 Amp worth $274.00 each the total prize pool up to $594.00. The value of the Prizes are accurate at the time of printing.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a prize of equal of greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.. The Prize is in Australian dollars. To be eligible entrants must: (i) be a resident of Australia; (ii) attend the 2026 Sydney Boat Show; (iii) complete an online entry form and (iv) agree and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of attendance at the 2026 Sydney Boat Show in order to claim the Prize. The winners will be drawn on 10 August 2026 at the Promoter’s office at 49 Cobalt St, Carole Park. The winners will be notified via email within two (2) days of winner being drawn. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted within two (2) working days and/or is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, they will forfeit the prize with no right to compensation. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw any unclaimed prize and the winner will be notified via email within two (2) days. Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion and contacting winners. Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary for administering the promotion. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize.
